At ShawneesCreations, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- To start a return, email us at Shawnees.creationss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items or clearance products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before the refund posts.
